Located on Vancouver's International Gateway

In the early 1900s, Waterfront Properties was nothing but land and a few buildings. Not until 1914, with the construction of The Station did the area really begin to develop. The Station was built by the Canadian Pacific Railway (CPR) as the Pacific Terminus for transcontinental passenger travel to Montreal and Toronto. The Station was instrumental in the development of downtown Vancouver, as it was an essential source of transportation, which it still is today. With SkyTrain, SeaBus, West Coast Express, Canada Line, and major bus routes all flowing through The Station, it is North America's largest transportation hub.

From The Station, Waterfront Properties grew with the acquisition and building of Granville Square, Waterfront Centre, and PricewaterhouseCoopers Place. The property offers a diverse array of inspiring spaces - from historic to contemporary - and is home to over 100 office and retail tenants with over 4,000 employees.
