Whether you are hosting an executive meeting or multimedia presentation, the Waterfront Properties has three meeting rooms that will suit your needs and offers everything you need to make your meeting a complete success. From state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment to a modern kitchen for catered events, our facilities are fully equipped with all the amenities to help you successfully execute a flawless meeting.
Two separate meeting rooms; the Waterfront Centre Meeting Room, located at Suite 260, 200 Burrard Street; and the PricewaterhouseCoopers Place Meeting Room, located on the mezzanine level of 250 Howe Street, are available to meet the needs of your group.
Equipment
All meeting rooms come complete with audio-visual equipment including a ceiling-mounted LCD projector, retractable screen, laptop plugin, and DVD/VCR player.
PricewaterhouseCoopers Place Meeting Room Rental Rate
- Standard set up (Hollow Square for 36 attendees) $247*
- Any other set up $320*
Waterfront Centre Meeting Room Rental Rate
- Standard set up (U-shape for 27 attendees) $247*
- Any other set up $295*
*Rental rates subject to change. Rates do not include HST.
*Rental rates include price of meeting space and audio-visual equipment.
*Rental rates are daily rates from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or any portion thereof.
*Meetings booked outside the period Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., are subject to after-hours HVAC charges as follows:
- PricewaterhouseCoopers Place Conference Facility at $30/hr.
- Waterfront Centre Meeting Room at $35/hr.
*Meeting Rooms may only be booked up to 6 months in advance of the actual meeting date.
*All meeting materials including catering supplies MUST BE REMOVED from the meeting room prior to 6:00 p.m.
*Cadillac Fairview reserves the right to apply a clean-up fee at the conclusion of the function if required.
*Cadillac Fairview requires 120 business hours (5 full working days, Monday to Friday) notice to cancel your booking. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
