Creating a safe and secure environment for our tenants is, quite simply, the most important job we have. Of the hundreds of operational tasks that fill each 24-hour cycle, creating a positive, secure environment is by far the most critical.
A successful, secure environment allows everything else to carry on as smoothly as possible at Waterfront Properties. Monitoring and creating a safe and secure community spread over two city blocks is a round-the-clock responsibility for our Security Operations Centre team, as well as our dedicated front-line security personnel.
Security Facts:
- A team of 35 highly trained security and life safety professionals is dedicated to Waterfront Properties' security and tenant safety 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Waterfront Properties has an advanced programmable/access security system.
- Waterfront Properties has a closed-circuit television system that utilizes 140 cameras strategically placed throughout the complex for tenant safety and security.
