Service Centre
We are open for business 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our Service Centre can be contacted by: T: 604.688.7282 E: vanservice@cadillacfairview.com
For service requests or general information, one of our Service Centre representatives would be happy to assist you during business hours. Business hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday, holidays excluded. After business hours, the Service Centre telephone line is forwarded to our Security Centre, which is staffed by knowledgeable staff members.

What is a Service Request? Any maintenance related item, such as: · Lights burnt out · Office temperature too hot/too cold · Special request cleaning (additional emptying of garbage or recycling bins) · Washroom supply replenishment · Water leaks
Most service requests are included as part of normal rent, but some requests may be billable. In these cases, tenant authorization is required in advance of the work being completed.
We endeavour to complete all service requests in a timely manner. If we are not able to complete your service request on the same day that we received it, we will provide you with an estimated date of completion within one business day.

Many building services are available for your convenience and enjoyment, including: · Lobby Representatives are available for helpful assistance during business hours and are posted in the main lobby of each building · Courtesy umbrellas available for loan at Lobby Representative desks in each building lobby · Lost and Found for any articles missing or recovered through our Security Department · Annual fire drills to ensure emergency preparedness · A trained Emergency Response Team to respond to medical and other urgent situations, including a heart defibrillator for those situations where immediate medical attention is required · Cadillac Fairview shop! gift cards for use at over 4,000 stores and services in 40 Cadillac Fairview Centres across Canada · Parking facilities for monthly customers and any visitors to the building · Bicycle racks located at the exterior of buildings, in addition to interior secured locations.
